The Original Tiny House
“I love my house! Words can’t describe how it has improved my quality of life.”
– Erin Smith
Built By Our Customer Erin Smith
The Original Tiny House
This super small footprint home was the very first fully furnished Lincoln Block tiny house featuring a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and loft bedroom! With our product, Erin re-invented herself by giving up the month to month rent in favor of a full time living situation in less than 200 square feet. You can heat this thing with a light bulb! It has all the basic amenities plus you can take it anywhere, but she opted to park it on her property permanently and operate it like any other homeowner.

Lincoln Block’s Review
One For The Ages, Sad To See It Go
5 / 5 Stars
This tiny home will always have a special place in the hearts of us here at Lincoln Block Inc HQ. We did our best to guide Erin on the path towards success and she started building her home in no time at all. With the help of her husband, together they were able to complete the project in a matter of weeks and started living it it shortly after. This building was the first of its kind, the first time we ever used Lincoln Block to build a fully furnished and livable tiny house on a trailer, and it was a blast to see it happen. Thanks to Erin we were able to test the capabilities of Lincoln Block in early stages of development, and she proved it could be done. Lincoln Block is a modular wood block building system that will always fit into your life the way you need it. When it comes to small footprint affordable housing, tiny homes are definitely a great options for a lot of reasons.
Thank you Erin, we wish you a lifetime of warmth and joy.
Signed,
The Lincoln Block Team
